My story
Rooted in a life of making
I grew up around makers, markets and handmade goods. My parents were vendors when I was a kid, we even had a family plant shop.
Travel through Europe and Central America — including time living in Belize and Mexico — shaped the way I create. I’ve always been drawn to beachcombing, natural materials, recycling and finding new uses for things that might otherwise be overlooked.
After returning to the Outer Banks, I found my way back to local markets and eventually took over Bus252obx, turning that chapter into a roaming art gallery and boutique on wheels.
Now, after relocating to Puerto Rico, I’m finding my way back to the roots of what I was doing long before the bus — creating, collecting, reworking and following whatever catches my eye along the way.

Once upon a time...Same Idea, Different decade

The setup got a little out of hand...and wheels

New island, same rabbit holes, still looking for interesting stuff
