By placing an order with The Ginger Gypsea, you agree to the following:

Orders are processed and shipped as quickly as possible. Shipping times are estimates and may vary by destination.

Because many items are handmade, vintage, natural, or one of a kind, slight variations and imperfections are part of their character.

Returns are accepted within 14 days of delivery unless an item is marked final sale. Items must be returned unused and in their original condition. Return shipping is the buyer’s responsibility unless the item arrived damaged or incorrect.

If your order arrives damaged, please contact us promptly with photos so we can help.

International buyers are responsible for any customs fees, duties, VAT, or import charges required by their country.

The Ginger Gypsea is not responsible for delays caused by carriers, customs, weather, or incorrect shipping information provided at checkout.
